This service allows the real estate investor who owns a property equal valued at AED 2,000,000 or more at the time of purchase to apply for a 10 years renewable residency visa, and the husband or wife and children can be sponsored.

This service grants (Golden Residency Visa) for a period of (5) years to an entrepreneur who owns an economic project of a technical or future nature based on risk & innovation. Further an Approval letter from Dubai Future Foundation must be needed for the same.
For outstanding students
The service grants a golden residency visa for outstanding students for a period of 5 or 10
years and automatically renewed if the same conditions are met.
For Retired Foreigners
Under this category, a retired foreigner can be granted a Golden Residency Visa for 5 years without a sponsor, subject to renewal.

This service grants (Golden Residency Visa) for a period of (5) or (10) years and
automatically renewed if the same conditions are met
It’s not just a long-term residency that you’ll benefit from with a golden visa. There are a number of benefits and perks that aren’t currently available to holders of the standard UAE residency visa.
Anyone with a golden residency for themselves and their dependents has a UAE residents visa for up to ten years, while a standard residency visa requires renewal every two to three years.
